You seem like a reasonable person since this is really not a provision that causes trouble. Of course, you should make sure that you insert the correct name of the Licensee and that you fully understand what that entity comprises. It would be very embarrassing to proceed on the assumption that you are dealing with a 50 bed hospital (and set your prices accordingly) when, in fact, the facility you have in mind is just one of a half dozen 400-bed hospitals owned by the Licensee who intends to use the software at all of them!
