While it may sound trivial, you should make sure that you insert the correct name of the Licensee and make sure that you understand what the entity is. It would be very embarrassing to proceed on the assumption that you are dealing with a 50 bed hospital when, in fact, the facility you have in mind is just one of a half dozen 400-bed hospitals owned by the Licensee who intends to use the software at all of them!
