[Back] [Score -5] Dewey, you are not catching on yet. The answer to a request from a prospective customer is almost never "No;" particularly (a) if a "No" may lose the sale entirely and (b) where the request provides an opportunity to make an even bigger sale. The provision seems to be too restrictive to meet General Hospital's needs. If you refuse to negotiate the point, then you may likely leave Tanya with no other option than to commence negotiations with ZCT.
