[Back] You are on the right track. BHS does not want to lose the deal by stubbornly sticking to a standard form agreement. On the other hand, those standard terms and conditions are in there for a reason. What alternative will you propose that meets Tanya's needs while not hurting BHS?
[Next] Permit General Hospital to use the Software as described in subsection (a) of the second sentence, but keep the other restrictions in (b) and (c).
[Next] Delete the first sentence, but keep the entire second sentence intact.
[Next] Permit General Hospital to do all of these things, but require additional fees for any usage beyond General Hospital itself.
[Next] Require Tanya to provide a list of the current related parties to be attached to the agreement and make a special exception to permit use by entities on that list.
[Next] Add language along the lines of: "Licensor and Licensee agree to negotiate in good faith terms and conditions for use of the Software by other parties related to Licensee."
