Depending upon how BHS prices its software, you may have just given away a great deal of potential revenue. For example, if BHS requires additional license fees for use at different facilities, some or all of those related entities may have been candidates for licensing their own copies of the software. At minimum, you should consider deleting "third parties" and adding a definition of "affiliated entities" since those terms could be interpreted pretty broadly.
