Even in the absence of this provision, it is arguably the case that the grant of the license to Licensee means only the entity known as General Hospital (that is, the party that actually executes the agreement). In order to avoid ambiguity and reliance upon "implied" license terms, it is best to clearly set forth all permitted uses.
