If the IS department is thinly staffed, there may not be Permit General Hospital to make changes to the Software using only BHS-supplied tools and permit data modification using only BHS supplied import and export facilities.to today's environment where the emphasis is on common data repositories and data sharing among applications. It is likely that the hospital will need to import and export data to and from its other installed systems at some point.
