| Permit General Hospital to make changes to the Software using only BHS supplied tools and permit data modification using only BHS supplied import and export facilities. largely eliminates ambiguity over what period of time is "reasonable" -- the provision says it means thirty days, plus ten more days if there are problems requiring correction. Since acceptance has important legal implications (relating to the buyer's right to reject the goods and obtain a refund) and financial implications (it is generally a milestone for a significant installment payment), a high degree of certainty is probably preferable to ambiguity.
