Twelve months is a very long time! Unless this is an extremely strategic or lucrative transaction it is unlikely that BHS management would approve such a concession this early in the negotiation process. However, if this is the type of system that really requires 12 months of operation before the hospital can be comfortable that the system performs properly, then Tanya may have little flexibility on this issue.
