Since the standard is compliance with BHS' own documentation, there should not be too much risk in deleting the word "materially." However, BHS would not want to be in breach of the agreement for a deviation from the documentation that is trivial and has no effect on General Hospital's use of the system. You may want to consider some word or phrase that excepts out trivial defects.
