Vision
Biddle & Colletti, P.C. is a law firm which reflects the vision that high quality legal services traditionally delivered by specialized departments in large law firms can be delivered more cost-effectively and responsively by a smaller firm with a more concentrated focus. Our staff has concentrated in information technology, software, telecommunications, intellectual property matters and the representation of corporations, other entities and prominent individuals in these fields since 1981. We have been heavily involved in dealing with cutting edge issues involving the Internet and online services, and we are privileged to serve a broad range of significant regional, national and international clients.
Our vision also includes a strong and consistent commitment to the creative and strategic application of information technology to our work to serve our clients more efficiently and cost-effectively. We believe that particularly the growth of our regional and national transactional practice areas have demonstrated and continue to demonstrate that information technology and electronic communications confer competitive advantages on firms such as ours which are compact and cohesive, technologically-literate.

Our role
Our role is a flexible one which, you, our client, determine. Your requirements for our services are usually determined by the level of resources which are available in-house, and we work very effectively with the systems and software acquisition teams which are already in place. We pride ourselves on being effective "team players" who can add value from the wide variety and large volume of transactions which we work on in our niche.
Diverse Team
In all of these representations, whether related to acquisition, procurement, intellectual property protection, licensing or dispute resolution, our approach centers on the effective building and use of interdisciplinary teams. We are able to focus strategically, and we have demonstrated a sensitivity to the need to add value and avoid focusing solely on narrow legal issues. We are business lawyers with a strong depth of concentration in information technology business issues. We simply "know the territory" within our niche.
We Work with You
We have found that it is often advantageous to assemble a highly qualified, diverse team in each large transaction or matter. To the extent that such resources are not available from our client's in-house staff, we frequently assist in identifying and recruiting highly skilled and experienced people with whom we have long-standing working relationships. We number some of the very best people in information technology in the U.S. as members of our larger "network" of people.
