Mark Biddle is President of Biddle & Colletti, P.C. Mark has concentrated his practice in the information technology area for the last fifteen years, and his professional credentials include service as chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Computer Law Committee, membership in the American Bar Association's committees on the scope of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Task Force on Software Contracting and special counsel for information technology matters to many of the largest healthcare providers, payors and community information networks in the United States. Mark has written and lectured widely in the information technology field, and in the last few years has chaired or participated in panel presentations for HIMSS national and regional meetings, the American Management Association and several Bar associations.

Mark is also President of the Independence Hall Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion, through electronic and print publishing, of history, education and tourism relating to the American Revolution.

Mark Biddle graduated from Yale University (B.A. magna cum laude), where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D. cum laude).

Tony Colletti is a principal in Biddle & Colletti, P.C. In addition to his practice in the areas of general corporate and commercial law, he has advised upon and negotiated a wide range of information technology transactions for the firm's clients in the healthcare, financial, manufacturing and retail industries, including clinical and financial management systems, telecommunications systems, shared time systems and facilities management/outsourcing arrangements. Tony has made presentations at conferences sponsored by the Healthcare Information and Management System Society and other industry organizations.

Tony Colletti graduated from the University of Pennsylvania (B.A. summa cum laude) and from Harvard Law School (J.D. cum laude).

Hugh Gordon is of counsel to Biddle & Colletti, P.C. Hugh's practice is concentrated in the areas of general commercial transactions and estate planning. He also has experience in banking and electronic commerce matters.

Hugh Gordon graduated from Harvard College (A.B. cum laude), Simmons College (M.L.S.) and Duke University (J.D.).

Sharon Erwin is special counsel to Biddle & Colletti, P.C., primarily in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation/dispute resolution. Sharon has been an important part of the B&C team assisting various clients in information technology disputes.
