Who are you asking for information? You really should have given some thought to the identity of the contracting party beforehand. However, it is always possible that General Hospital has a number of affiliated entities and that internal management has not decided which entity should be the contracting party (since it may effect reimbursement and other non-IS matters), in which case you can just say "I'll have to get back to you" and proceed to the next provision.
