There is not a whole lot of flexibility in modifying this section. Indeed, even the bold-face, capital letters are in response to the Uniform Commercial Code requirement that the exclusion of implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose be "conspicuous." Rather than suggesting alternative language, you might be better off waiting for the hospital to request specific changes.
