While this may seem like a minor point now, before the contract is even signed, it may prove to be extremely important down the road if the contract is terminated. Consider the months (maybe even years) that it took General Hospital to select and implement the BHS system. It seems overly optimistic to assume that a replacement could be accomplished in only 30 days.
